Ridgely Home Services is a woman-owned, family-run business started in 2019 by Aaron and Tamaira Ridgely. Tamaira, our President, brings 15 years of project management and business expertise with 5 years of on-site experience. Aaron, our Operations Officer and Lead Carpenter, offers over 30 years of deep expertise in the carpentry trade.
We aim to support families by offering honest, high-quality work that improves our local neighborhoods through property updates and youth mentoring programs.
Outside of our construction projects, we are committed to our community by offering second-chance jobs. By providing practical training and guidance, we assist people in overcoming past challenges to learn a valuable trade and find steady ground while helping our local area grow.
Fully insured and dedicated to excellence, Ridgely Home Services works with homeowners, realtors, property managers, nonprofits, REOs and various builders. Located in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, we specialize in expert interior finishing for new builds, renovations, and home improvements and property stabilization services—turning buildings into safe, healthy, and happy living spaces.
We are DBE Certified and hold EPA Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) credentials. We are also licensed as a Pennsylvania Contractor and a Lead Abatement Contractor.
